AGB

1. Quotes
Quotes are subject to change. An order shall only be deemed accepted if confirmed in writing. Verbal agreements require a written confirmation.

2. Delivery time
The specified delivery times are without any liabilities. The delivery time begins as soon as all details are clarified and both parts agree on all conditions of the order. We strive to meet our delivery times in any case. Events of force majeure and breakdowns entitle us to cancel the delivery obligations in whole or in part. Penalties or other compensation claims are excluded.

3. Terms of payment
Payable within 10 days with 2% discount or net within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Shipping
Shipping is at the expense and risk of the recipient.

5. Complaints
Complaints can only be considered within 8 days after receipt of the goods. In the case of justified complaints, a free rework will be done for the work carried out by us. No further claims can be asserted.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment. Bills of exchange and cheques are considered as payment only after their cashing.

7. Place of fulfilment and place of jurisdiction
Place of performance for delivery and payment is Waiblingen – Place of jurisdiction Waiblingen.

All transactions with us are subject to these conditions and shall be deemed to be accepted by the purchaser even if different conditions are stated on the order forms.
